ZRQ-2  Automatic Winding and Inserting Machine

本機(jī)適用于感應(yīng)電機(jī)定子自動(dòng)繞線(xiàn)并自動(dòng)嵌線(xiàn)的專(zhuān)用設(shè)備，繞線(xiàn)、入槽契、嵌線(xiàn)集成一體，繞線(xiàn)工位自動(dòng)將線(xiàn)圈整齊的排列到嵌線(xiàn)模中，然后自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)位至嵌線(xiàn)工位，并由伺服電機(jī)嵌線(xiàn)、推線(xiàn)，入槽契一次性完成，采用PLC程控，觸摸屏控制，伺服電機(jī)繞線(xiàn)，定位準(zhǔn)確，自動(dòng)化程度高，操作簡(jiǎn)單方便。

This machine is suitable for automatic winding and automatic coil inserting of induction motor stator. Winding, slotting cover and coil embedding are integrated in one machine. The winding station automatically arranges the coils neatly into the insertion mold, then automatically index to the insertion station, and the servo motor embeds the coils, and the slot is covered at the same time. It adopts PLC, touch screen control, servo motor winding, accurate positioning, high degree of automation, and simple and convenient operation.
